Cannot go on duty, cannot press E at station/locker room

Hi forum,

just installed lspdfr and when going to a police station and pressing "E" where the marker on the map indicates it wont go on duty. Nothing happens.

I tried closed stations as well as open stations (closed being when you cant get threw the doors, open being where you go to the locker rooms.) 

What do i do? 
 

I tried reinstalling lspdfr, rage plugin, loading the mod multiple times.

Also sometimes when manually loading the mod then a little popup opens saying (on danish weird enough) that the file was blocked.

(Weird because the popup is in gta, not in windows. My windows is on danish but its not possible to get the game/rage on Danish so therefore i guess its windows blocking it.

Idk. I tried to press it before it goes away but i cant. Its like a square over the minimap. Longer than average notifications. I have tried with and without mods.

- MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr 4GB Vram 

- Intel i7 6700 3.4 ghz (4.0 usally because of turbo boost)

- 8 GB HyperX 2133 Mhz DDR4 Ram.

- MSI Gaming Pro H170A Motherboard. 
- Corsair 800W Gold PSU.

- Samsung EVO 120GB SSD, and Seagate Barracuda 1TB harddrive. 

- Windows 10 Pro x64 bit.

I also cannot do traffic stops.

Looks like its my windows blocking it. 
Help with unblocking would be great. Thx.
