So I'm really struggling to use car mods/scripts in the LCPDFR GTA IV game.

I've got a windows computer, when I download the files they come through as 'Rar'. When trying to get them with Spark IV it doesn't even see them in my downloads. I really want to put some scripts and vehicles in to change the game abit from the norm.

I've had a look at countless YouTube videos however it doesn't seem to do the trick as my computer always says that I haven't got a suitble app to open it.

Can anybody advise? I'm not upto date with the latest tech talk so please keep it simple and jargon free.

Try using OpenIV. Thats what I use. Its basically the same thing but I think SparkIV you have to do extra steps or something.
