Discolored Police Lights

Can someone let me know if there is a way to fix the problem shown in the picture. The vehicles I download and then add to the game have very dim or discolored lights. I am not sure if I had forgotten to install extra stuff with the vehicle files or if I have to change certain things in the game.

Replace your visualsettings.dat with the original one. I have attached one that will work, lights will be right colors but wont look at good.
