Wrong patch

Hey. My gta v wont update to the new patch. Im running steam and my update are turn on. Im on build 617 now. How can i update?

Right click GTA 5 in your library, click properties, click on the Local Files tab, then click on verify integrity of game cache

Yeah, I had to reinstall all my openiv mods, and even then I had to keep some uninstalled cuz they were outdated
