(Self-solved) OpenIV.asi crashing on startup, unsure of where to go from there

Edit: Finally put two and two together, was staring dead at it the whole time. Had to delete the mods folder and reinstall everything, seems to be functional now. Bit of a heavy-handed approach, but it worked.

Modstaff: delete or lock, doesn't matter to me. Original below:

 

 

I'm new to model swapping and all that and this is my first update I'm riding out, so please forgive me if this is posted elsewhere.

Three days ago I installed two vehicle mods, as well as the EUP trio of mods. GTA recently updated, I updated my Scripthook, RPH and ASI loader, and started the game up to crashing. (Reminder to self: post about RPH crash reporter going off screen on their forums)

I just spent the last hour narrowing my issue down to the OpenIV.asi in my root folder and I updated it through OpenIV, but the crashing persists. What should my next troubleshooting step be?
