There is "rape" audio in the dispatch. The animation that can be used could be the one from the random event where the cult is naked and tries to abduct a female. Variations can be:

1. They let her go when you approach.

2. They fire at you

3. They get her in the vehicle and you must pursue

4. It can also be completed before you get there meaning you must pursue, but did not see the act. (A kidnapping call, but with the rape audio if you will)
