Hi guys I'm hopeful someone here can shed some light on how I find the Taser in game ive so far checked the controls and had no luck if any one could help me to enable this it would of great help

Technically, you open the weapons wheel, select the handgun, and then switch right or left until you find the taser. Just like any other weapon.
