Quick question. Does anybody have a link to a good american firefighter uniform? I am trying to develop a Cincinnati Fire uniform.

Black with yellow & silver reflectors you mean? (EXAMPLE: Philadelphia Fire Department, New York Fire Department, Chicago Fire Department)

If so, there's one here:

Cincinnati Fire uses a tan with red reflective stripes uniform
I've only found either tan-yellow or black-yellow, no tan-red

I suppose you might take a tan-yellow and change the color to red

tried that. wasn't working like it should have

 

I've been doing some more research, I've found only one for GTA V, but the stripes are placed differently. Maybe you could import it to IV in some way, I don't have any modding experience
