Problem with ELS Flash Delay

This happens for both SP and MP. When i try to slow down the flashing, usually with 1, it will work for a couple of minutes or when im around a lot of cars/cop cars. All of a sudden, it will just start speeding up and then eventually stop flashing around, but the lights are frozen. So i have to keep turning them off and on, over and over again, just to keep them working. Also, i have noticed it happens to the AI cops as well. Any help?

This isnt related to LCPDFR. It should be in GTA4 support.

Would this happen before you changed things in the ELS ini (besides the fact that they speed up to normal speed)?

No, this would never happen before changing the ELS.ini. And thank you for letting me know where this goes :) All i did was go to support lol.

No problem. If it works fine before you change things in the ini you must be doing something wrong. Does it work if you change it so something other than one?
