The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ever since last week, all the civilian vehicles spawn either black, white or red. No other colors. It's quite annoying to cruise around and see most of the cars black.
I have removed all the mods and verified the cache with Steam, but the problem persists. Any idea why? Is there a fix for this (idk, editing popcycle.dat?)

 

EDIT: I would like to point out that this started "out of nowhere", not after installing a mod. One day vehicles spawned fine, the day after the issue appeared, without editing anything
