Make sure you're adding the lines in, not replacing anything. The lines MUST be added in after the sirensetting 13 selection. If not, it will mess up the entire hierarchy.

No it's the vanilla carcols + your sirensettings 14.

No need. Here it is.

Just make sure you rename .xml to .ymt after you drag it into the directory.

It's not good, crash game on loading.

When I had a problems with cars that had sirensetting 13, I just swiched to sirensetting 1. I have my own version of carols, in  base it's lundy's file and added bxbugs sirensetting 704, and everything works fine.
