I'm not exactly sure how you mod vehicles with OpenIV. If anyone could help id appreciate it.

Do u mean install vehicles with open iv I'll tell u how first you download a car you want to install then you click on open iv then you click grand theft auto iv after that's done click the pc folder in open iv then go to cdimages and then vehciles.img  then make sure u have edit mode turned on then u put the wtf and WTD file that you downloaded in open iv but make sure you replace the car that the file has in name soo like if it had police replace police or what name it has on the wtf hopes this helps
