Hi,

So lately I've been getting the urge to hope onto gta iv again and patrolling the streets of liberty city with some friends once again. But the problem is I lost possibly one of the BEST els friendly and FPS friendly ENB's that out there. I have literally spent a good 2-3 hours searching for it and cant find it anywhere. If I remember correctly it was called Jay's ELS ENB and I got it from www.official-gta-modding.com which is no longer functioning. Please help me relocate this amazing ENB or at least the author so I can communicate with him. If the search seems to go cold I guess I will have to use one of the other ENB's out their, :.(. My computer isn't the best, that's why I loved Jay's ENB as it ran perfectly on my PC, even on multiplayer.
