For some reason every single time I add a modded car into the game, the lightbar is just a flashing texture, but never lights, even when I add the Radiance mod, the lights aren't any brighter and just continue to be flashing textures. I cant fix please help!!!

Did you set the textures up as lightsemissive

I didnt want to adjust anything and possibly screw my game up, so I just dragged in Radiance mod, after I installed VisualV Mod pack into my game. Using OpenIV

So you didn't make the car. then try turning up your postfx to it's highest setting and then set shader quality to its highest setting and see if it changes.

 

They are, but that wasn't the problem i fixed it. VisualV was fighting with Radiance, and once I removed VisualV, it was all fine. Thank you for your help thoug
