FHP Helicopters

Featured Replies

Hello peeps.

So I´m currently working on a FHP skin pack but I cant seem to find out what their helicopters look like. Do they even have their own helicopter or do they use the one from local counties?

I've never seen one, Doesn't mean they don't exist somewhere, but as far as I have seen they rely on the sheriff office's helos.

There website doesn't mention anything about an aviation unit, and I went through their entire Instagram page. No helicopters to be seen...

I have a feeling they get a bit more traffic than Alaska, as the population here is 20 million and Alaska is like 700,000. They are pretty good about responding through their instagram though. You might want to try that.

Yeah, there´s only one problem, I dont have Instagram haha. Ill see what they do, it just seems so weird that a highway patrol department doesnt have its own heli.

I know they use airplanes for speed patrol, but I'm not sure about helicopters.

Just found this on a forum. http://forums.leoaffairs.com/archive/index.php/t-127210.html

From living in FL I have never seen a FHP heli.

Mmm, thats kinda sad to see a PD go to waste like that, esspecially a highway patrol department. If any they need a heli the most out of all. Thanks for the find, appreciate it!
