Mods folder crashes game

Hi, Im having trouble with my game crashing with the mods folder. it works when i take the folder out but for some reason it crashes when the folder is in the main directory. I even tried it with just the default stuff in the mods folder and it still crashes. Am i missing something or am i supposed to be doing something different now?

    Why didn't you just message me on skype and ask fool. Think real hard and you'll know who i am. Back child support, that should give you a clue.
