hello i need help modding police cars i could do it on gta 4 but this is gta 5 and way more difficult i can do skype share screen whatever just need help

    Whenever you download a mod, whether it be a vehicle, script, texture, etc. it should include a file called "Readme". Inside that file, it'll say the credits to that addon and in most cases, how to install it. You follow the instructions in the readme and you should be good!
