Hey guys, my LSPDFR 3.0.1 Wont launch becuase ocsetup.dll is being blocked, I tried disabling it, still won't. Any hints?

  i downloaded it and ran it and it did sign me out of my rockstar launcher but it didn't work, the cars are still the same. and it puts like the speedometer on the windshield of the car and moves when i accelerate so i think its got something to do with the ytd. but thats just what i think

  Hello, i installed a death cam mod (Fail Cam 1.0.0)cause i wanted a slow and epic death (which is almost always a suspects pulls out a gun with deadly weapons), but my cam bugs out, its like the moment my health drops to 0, cam gets fixed on my character head at the time of death and i can only rotate it, it doesnt follow my body. I noticed it only happens when im on duty, if im off duty mod works great and i can see my body in slow-mo. Any idea how to change or fix that?

  I also only have base game sirens. Not sure if the cars would change that but just thought I’d throw it in there in case it was also part of the problem
