Ok so i want to make it so my Police2 car will only spawn with one livery Eg car_sign_5.

So that they only spawn with the same livery and not any of the others that are with the car ?

 

 

Just change the line for police2 into  

<Vehicle livery="X">police2</Vehicle>

and it should work. Of course, you'll have to change the X into the number of the livery you want it to spawn with. When doing so though, make sure you don't accidentally remove the "".
