The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Why is it that i'm getting these huge frame drops.. like dropping from 50 down to 5 when i'm playing lspdfr, but if I start playing the game normally through steam, theres no lag or frame drops.. i usually stay at a solid 50-60 fps no matter what I'm doing. 

    I'm getting the exact same thing, my brother plays GTAV online and experiences no frame rate drops. I have a feeling that it is ragehook or a specific plugin.
