The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi so I created another backup folder for another version of lspdfr which would focus on the uk police. However this version of the game is stuc on build 573 instead of 617 and I can't find a way to update to patch 617.

    I haven't tried this yet but could you rename your updated folder to something else and then change the folder name of the one you want to update.  As long as the path is the same, I would think the next time you run it it will want to update.
