To start (as the header says) I am not a modder. I play more console games than anything. However, after watching a few LSPDFR videos on YouTube, the mod community began to peak my interest. I began by buying GTA V for PC and watched a tutorial video on how to install LSPDFR. Here is my probelm. The video, first and foremost, did not run the game on Windows 10 like I currently have. Second, a lot of the information was definitely for modders who are use to doing this type of stuff. I tried and followed along and to the best of my knowledge, did the best I could. Low and behold, after installing rage hook plugin and Open IV and all the other plugins needed, I started the game and it did not work. Something about the current version of the game was not compatible with Rage, or vise versa. I started reading about problem with GTA V updates and see some people have the same problem. However, I still feel I missed some steps, including how to use backup folder/create them and such. I'm willing to pay someone who will walk me through step by step the installation/process and maybe teach me a thing or two about what some of the files mean, how to create backup folders, and how to actually get GTA V LSPDFR to work. Anyway, thank you for your time in reading this. I really appreciate any help or comments that help. 

First, lets start with posting some screen shots of your root gta5 directory, plugins directory and your lspdfr directory. Also your rph log in spoiler tag.

This is what I have so far. I deleted all the LSPDFR stuff because I got frustrated.

Ok, in the first screen shot, is that the folder where you installed the game, and have ran the game from?  This without the lspdfr installed yet.

Yes. This is where I stored it. Not enough room on my C: drive

ok, from here, copy every thing from advancehookv down to xinput1 from the lspdfr folder in your second screen shot.  Paste that into your root folder for gta5

Then take the two files from the plugins folder, and copy them into your gtav/plugins folder.  (should be 2 files)

From your first screen shot, looks like you will have to make a folder called "lspdfr" (without the ")

Copy every thing from the lspdfr folder, and paste it into the folder you just made named lspdfr.

download the new RPH (ver 0.36)

From that file, copy and paste everything from cursor_32_2.png down to xinput1_4 into your gtav root directory overwriting what it asks you too.

From here, run RPH.  Should ask you to unblock files, say yes.  It should then scan your system to see if you have everything needed.  After that the settings box should pop up.  Check lower left corner and see if RPH recognizes the game version, and check the RPH version as well.

Check the plugins folder there, and see if first response is in the menu.  Check it if you want it to load at startup.   Click save and run.

Lets see if this gets you at least started.

Ok, I did everything you said above and loaded Rage Hook. The game started with Rage. But, no police badges appeared in the game and there seemed to be no sign of any LSPDFR doings anywhere.

ok, now give me a screen shot of your new main directory, and your /plugins directory please and your latest rph log.

I'm trying to upload the screenshots to you the same way I did all the other ones and it does not want to seem to upload. It keeps popping up a failure message.

lol, hmmm, that is one thing I can't help you with.  I have never had to post a screen shot before.  Let me see.....

I just checked my plug in folder and there is nothing in there. I must have fucked up somewhere

Out of curiosity, when you extracted the RPH 0.36 into your gta5 directory... did you extract the licenses, plugins, and SDK folders as well?

No, I didn't include those items. I followed what you said very closely.

I don't use skype or voice at the moment, so I am stuck going with what I see and what people tell me.   with no plugins (besides lspdfr of course) the only two files you should have in the plugins folder is LSPD first response.dll and LSPD first response.pdb

When the game loads, does it put right into story mode, or does it give you the option to go into story mode or online and such?

Make sure you extract LSPDFR first before Ragehook. Download all its requirements such as C++ and framework then load the game by launching Ragehook. After you've established that then you can play LSPDFR then download PlusIV because personally I think you've jumped ahead than yourself do each process step by step.
