I am trying to install LSPDFR; I download all the LSPDFR files, and drag them into my GTA 5  directory. After that, I take the RAGEHookPlugin files and drag those in, and I try to run RAGEPLuginHook.exe, and it says files are blocked, so I unblock them... And then nothing happens, I try to launch it, and nothing happens . It looks like it wants to open, but NOTHING ... 

 

Please help me, thank you.

put up a screen shot of your ROOT GTAV folder also a shot of your PLUGIN folder.

Make sure u have all the necessary downloads for LSPDFR and RPH to run.  Like, .NETframework 4.6, C+Redistribution.. Etc..

It's a fresh copy of GTA, downloaded it last night. I just downloed NETframework and Redistribution also. 

Every time I launch RAGEHook, it just doesnt do anything. But the first time I launched it, it popped up saying files were being blocked, and if I wanna unblock them, I clicked yes and then nothing happened.

Run RPH as administrator ... maybe

Also try this.. Delete the RPH.exe within your ROOT GTAV folder along with its INI file and or log.  Drag and drop new RPH version again.  Right click on RPH.exe and set it to run as administrator. Try again. 

 

You will eventually also need the new scripthookv put into your main folder.  Also, get rid of the LMS file in your plugins folder as that will cause you issues.  It doesn't belong there, as it is in your main root folder.

I've tried running it at administrator over and over, same thing happens... It just doesnt open? What is causing this?!?!

I just deleted it, re installed it, and ran as admin again, and same thing... Nothing happens at all.... I have no clue what to do here..

What am I doing wrong here?!?!?! Its so straight forwards, how come my computer won't open this file!!!?

Yes, unblocking .dll files is normal when you first launch RPH.  Just curious, does your game launch fine via gta5.exe?

When I double click gta.exe in the directory I get this pop up and the game doesn't launch

Looks like you're missing the launcher.  I'd concentrate on making the game run normally first before you tackle your LSPDFR install (which could be fine anyways).  Maybe reinstall GTA5 completely and try to launch it first?  If it works, then install the LSPDFR mod.

Thats the thing, I played GTA 5 for a good 45 minutes before trying to install this mod, I was playing the story mode, when I launch the game through Steam, with the Play button, it launches perfectly fine.. 

Not sure if its different for steam users, but for my retail, I have a 3rd .exe file called playgta5.exe which you don't have.  If I click my regular gta5.exe, it gives me the same error as you and to run playgta5.exe.  Maybe another steam user can verify that for you.

Check following instructions:

1. Drag the two WinRAR files to your desktop

2. Right click on one of them, then open Properties

3. Click on the bottom right corner on "Unblock", then on Apply/OK

4. Do the same step with the other folder

5. Drag the LSPDFR content again in your directory, after this the RPH files

Just tried it, and nope. Exact same issue... It just will not open AT ALL, I even went and downloaded an older version of Ragehook. Which one do you use, 0.36?

Looks like im gonna have to download "Police Mod 2" -_- Such a waste of 70$ ..

Yes, I am using RPH 0.36. Did you try to start RPH after you are in-game?

calm down..lol  I'm sure u are just missing or doing one small thing wrong...    

Try one more time.  DELETE the GTAV folder. Then uninstall the game. Hit reinstall and start over.  

Now install the new RPH and the latest SCRIPT HOOK and make sure they work.

Okay, im gonna start the re install. Delete everything that has to do with gta that ive done today. 

Stay posted, ill write back in a few hours when i've done what you told me.

What do I do after that thoo? Will I just run the LSPDFR Trouble Shooter? Or go download LSPFR straight up? Hopefully RPH works thooo that time, if not ill have no clue where to go from there.

I can't remember if you need the scripthookv.dll in the root folder or not to run RPH.  Either way, he didn't have that file there.

I downloaded it later on from when I took those screen shots, and I started all over with Scripthook fully installed, and it was the same issue, Ragehook just would not open no matter what. I have no clue what is causing all this... I am re installing gta 5 now, it will take a few hours thoo
