Hi, I have all the files, have C++ and the .NET 4, although my folders in GTA IV directory are all "Read-Only" and when I change it to "No" it just goes back to "Read-Only" and I did the Disable UAC but that didn't do anything as far as it looked like.

So basically my game isn't reading LCPDFR at all. Probably because it's a Read-Only folder type which I can't seem to change.

EDIT: I've installed the two things twice and C++ and .NET 4 can't be found?

You've posted in the wrong section, seeing as this is LCPDFR related, you need to post in the LCPDFR > Support section, please remember to read the stickies and follow the troubleshooter that comes up when you attempt to create a new thread, you will be allowed to post in the section if it does not solve your problem.
