The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Thank You So Much! Should i put other plugin in just GTAV/Plugins folder or GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR

GTA5\Plugins\LSPDFR\ BOOM!

NOT the LSPDFR folder located in the root GTA5 folder
