The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

when i load up ragehook i get a message saying that ragehook is unsupportive of my games version, all i want to do i play the mod and if any of y'all know when they will release a updated version of this mod let me know, thanks :)

What game version are you running? If you're running the latest GTA version then the RPH that is with LSPDFR no longer works and you'll have to download the latest version from here - http://ragepluginhook.net/
