The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I've noticed there is a lot of RP mods out there to actually enhance the RP experience but I haven't found anything that adds this to current call out mods. I would highly recommend a feature where NPC's  stay at the scene until you're finished cleaning up. 

Ive noticed they would disappear soon as the call out has finished or the perp is deceased. To add a little more realism to LCPDFR, is there anyway we could maybe  implement a small feature that makes NPC stay? Maybe write in their note pads or speak to civilians? It's really annoying that they just vanish it's very unrealistic.
