LCPDFR works but activates cheats and creates chaos

Featured Replies

Thank you for taking the time to read this, I have serched through the other topics and I have not come across this one (if I missed it, im sorry not done with intent). So here goes, game loads fine, LCPDFR starts, I can select my patrol vehicle, when I drive to my first call for service, things get strange, the shift tab does not work instead it tells me I can't save other models besides nico. Then i call for backup alt b, activates back up but also activates a cheat code, spawns a sparts car, all other alt key combinations do the same spawns vehicles everytime activated. arresting someone does not work nor placing them in handcuffs. cops arrive on the back up but are very confused and just run around without purpose. when Im in the patrol car and call for back up alt b, I end up stransporting out of my patrol car into a spawned sports car, (funny at first, but now just annoying). i then quicly notice that the game no longer responds to my actions, as a police officer such as the pedestrians etc. however through all that i can still pull people over and walk up to the car issue citations etc.

this is probably a quick easy fix for you guys, but for a 38 year old meidically retired deputy like myself who has spend all my computer time on my MDC in my patrol car, i cant figure out what is missing in my setup. I bet you guys have a solution, however like I said, either im pretty computer idiot and did something easy to fix, or this is the first of it's bug kind, not mentioned on any of the topics.

Anyone can help me that would be great, sad but this is how I get to play a little again.

sincerely,

Sven

OK, but forgive my ignorance, how do I activate the backup etc in the game without the shortcuts, they activate both what they should do, like alt b for backup but also the cheat like spawns a new car.

You have to disable key shorcuts for the trainer if you are using a trainer, if you do that, you will be able to call for back up and do anything else LCPDFR related without the trainer also sharing a command, ex; spawning a car when calling for backup.

im afraid I dont know what SNT stands for, a buddy set me up initially with LCPDFR, knows programming etc. me , not so much, now that im running into issues im seeing if someone is able to help.

OK that makes sense, Im sure that he downloaded a trainer since itsin my files now, however i dont know how to get into the program for trainer to use the options to turn it off, unless i do that in GTA.

alright Original light, thanks for that, would you be able to tell me where I can disable the shortcuts in trainer. i would be much obliged.

all i see in trainer are a bunch of individual files, scripthook etc, dont have a clue on where the actual program is located.

Okay, you have to Open the Trainer in-game, (press F4). Also, Staff members here don't like it when you double post, especially quadruple posting. There's an Edit button on the bottom right corner of your post.

i found a trainer file, with a load of code in it, how do I disable the shortcut keys in here, i cant find a menu since this looks like a text file. where are the options located

ok sorry about all the posts, im just learning the ropes man you guys are tougher than some Lieutenants ive worked with, with all the rules, LOL. just kidding, i get it there needs to be control, thank again, im going to try to get back in the game and hit F4, so i guess this will also clear up the issue of not being able to pull up the shortcut list in game, using shift tab right?

Alright, I just tried to get in the game and use the F4 key and i get no response, nothing happens, i event tried to open the main code menu ~ using that button and it spawns a taxi instead. alt p works but i cant get into the trainer at all to turn the keys off.

I know it sounds strange, for whatever reason 'in game" when I hit the F4 key wherever I am, it spawns a cab, neither one will open up my trainer. sorry, i wish it did, any idea why? Thanks for your patience.

You have to open the Trainer in-game (press F4). I don't know how I can explain it any easier...

Start the game, press F4 when the game is loaded, turn Caps Lock on, press Num Pad 5 (which is like the enter key when browsing the trainer), scroll down until you come across "Disable Keys". Edit: Scroll down with Num Pad 2 and go up with Num Pad 8.

*******EDIT: Try using F3*******
