Hi,

I was wondering if you needed GTA IV as a prerequisite to use LCPD:FR in EFLC because I only own the EFLC DVD, my game boots but then crashes once it loads into the actual game.

No you can just have EFLC. So you are fine. You might have a screwed up save game or a bad car mod if any. annddd looking at your dumb DAMN BOY WTF DID YOU EAT?!
