Hi guys , so yesterday i followed a video on YT on how to install LSPDFR 0.3 so everything worked fine ( i got GTA V on steam ) so i decided to add some more plugin and the game started to had some texture clipping , so i decided ton uninstall everything and reinstal the mod , that do nothing so i deleted the game et reinstall too and nothing changed a bit. The game without the mod didn't had this glitch but when i install LSPDFR 0.3 (vanilla no more plugin with ) the texture of building house ect start to glitch and disapear. Also i checked the cache on steam and nothing changed so i hope you can help me ! thx a lot ! 

I too get this sometimes. Sometimes textures load faster than other times.
