What do you mean "white"? If you're talking about reflections, you have to change it in ELS, not visualsettings.

Such as:

[ POLICE ]

Active = 1

Halogen_Only = 0

Color_Light1L = 0

Color_Light2L = 0

Color_Light3R = 1

Color_Light4R = 1

Color_Light7L = 0

Color_Light8C = 1

Color_Light9R = 0

Offst_SLights = 2

To change the light range:

Range_LightsF = 5 // Range of headlight environment lights

Intens_LightsF = 9 // Intensity headlight environment lights

Range_LightsP = 8 // Range of primary environment lights

Intens_LightsP = 9 // Intensity of primary environment lights

(That is all my ELS info)

And for EFLC, the IV and EFLC visual settings are different. You have to install the EFLC visualsettings, or it WILL make the ELS lights look white.

For the "stuck" lights, it could have been on auto mode.
