Black lightbar glass?

I'm trying to use a CVPI with the FS Vector in my added hwaycar slot. However, the glass in game is black or grey, instead of the translucent blue and red. I'm having  the same issue with the Liberty light bar in this slot. Lightbars such as the Arjent and Vista work without an issue. I have tried playing with the sirensetting values, but I haven't had any luck. Does anyone know a fix/what could be causing this?
