The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have many of the Albo mods and they all include the file above.  Since I use mod manager, should I delete all albo1125.common.dll except one and it will load only that one?  Or should I delete all the Albo1125.common files and manually place the newest one in the main directory?

Basically does each Albo1125.common file build on each other?  What is the best way to do this so that all of Albo's mods work properly though they all share the same common.dll file?

Albos files are a continuation of other versions and mods.So just use the newest one and you'll be fine
