Use objects and accesories from NPCs

Hi there, cops!

I came up with a great idea recently. But I have no idea how to implement it.

I am not sure if this topic is already being discussed somewhere else, but here is the thing:

I want to extract the walkie talkie lifeguards carry ingame, but I have no idea of where their accesories can be found in the game files.

Maybe devs and 3D modelers out there can help me out, or just comfort me and ask me to give up.
