I Fixed the RPH problem , i made a folder inn plugins with name LSPDFR , now everything runs fine but nothing works in game i mean the game is loading everything fine and the game works but i press f4 and nothing pops up , and no police stations on map and theres nothing in them . Please help me . U have all programs installed like c++ and other things i need . I think the problem is in mod

Can you post screenshot of your plugins folder and gta v directory.

Ensure you have a folder titled "LSPDFR" and "plugins" in your root directory. 

• The plugins folder should contain the following; 
  • LSPD First Response.dll
  • A folder titled "LSPDFR"

Ensure that you are running a supported version of LSPDFR. As of 2016-01-16 ONLY LSPDFR 0.3 is supported - No LSPDFR 0.2 plugins are supported for LSPDFR 0.3 unless otherwise stated

Make sure you have the latest RagePluginHook (version 0.34 is shipped with LSPDFR 0.3): http://ragepluginhook.net/ 

Please do so now and return to this topic when this is done and do the following;

• Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.
• Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem.
• State what solutions you have tried.
• State which version of the game you're using (Steam or Retail)

I pretty much de everything , the game is starting , i can play GTA V but there are no police stations marks on map . When i press f4 nothing pops up , only native trainer ( but i tried to delete it and it doesnt work neither) I have no more mods , inly LSPDFR

perhaps, u should change your ragehook control from f4 to f3 since native trainer is utilized with the f4 key. I'm no professional but it worked for me

Do u have the correct FRAMEWORK downloaded?
