Now I'm still quite a novice and reading through these logs but it appears that LSPDFR attempted to spawn a backup unit which was not a valid model, assuming some vehicle mod you installed and added to the backup.xml that maybe wasn't installed correctly. That's at least what I'm seeing if anyone a bit more savvy can clarify.

Looks like the case to me.

I also see a KeepCalm crash in the log.

HI!

First, I made sure that each MOD is conpatibile LSPDFR with 0.3, then I realized that the file "backup.xml" was not correct, I put the exact one.
Last tip, if you use mods like Arrest Manager, Traffic Manager, etc. make sure you have the latest version (The Arrest Manager has been updated a few minutes ago, just to let you know).

My game crashes and comes up with memory error.

I have 8GB of RAM

NVidia GeForce GTX 960 4GB 

It was able to run the game perfectly until I installed 0.3.

 

I have reinstalled RPH, Rebooted my PC and removed all plugins and car mods. I kept the cars that worked on 0.2b though.
