[SOLVED] GTA V freezing and stuttering issue [VIDEO]

Featured Replies

Hey.

So I recently began playing GTA V again, because of the LSPDFR 0.3 release, but when I load up the game, no mods installed, it is stuttering and freezing audio wise. Whenever I try to move it freezes, then the character moves a little, then the screen freezes again, then starts moving. It's insanely annoying, and I hope some of you have had and have resolved this issue.

Specs:

Intel i5-4570 @ 3.2 GHz

8 GB RAM

nVidia GTX 770 2 GB

1 TB harddrive.

Windows 10 64 bit

I haven't had a problem with the lag and stuttering earlier, yet it started after I reinstalled GTA V today.

Thank you in advance

EDIT: Attatched a video of how it looks:

EDIT: Solved this issue by uninstalling my Razer Synapse and Razer surround.

(I know that I said without mods earlier, but it is the same thing with/without lspdfr and RPH installed)

I would first check Task Manger to make sure you aren't running another program which is causing the computer to lock up, whether it maxing CPU or memory.

Will try this when I come home. Thanks

EDIT: Didn't work. Anybody having any other suggestions?
