Cannot traffic stop in LSPDFR 0.3

Recommended Posts

Once again, the same problem from 0.2 persists. I simply cannot make a traffic stop by pressing the shift key, no matter how much I press it or where I even am. There aren't many solutions I've tried beyond trying out both shift keys and going off duty and back on duty. It's not as if it crashes or anything, its just that nothing happens. But the strangest thing happened before when I was playing earlier. I was in a pursuit and all of a sudden a random vehicle that I passed by became blipped for a traffic stop. I tried stopping traffic after the pursuit, but again though nothing happened.

Running 0.3 LSPDFR with RPH 0.34 (the one that shipped with the installer), not running any mods. Here is the RPH log.

It sounds to me like you've got the keybind set to something other than Shift.

In your keybinding settings, look under the "Movement" section and see what key "Sprint" is set to. That's the key that will blip a car for you to stop when you're in your police car. You can change that to Shift if you'd like, or leave it however you have it set and simply use that key to blip vehicles.

I had my sprint key set to space bar, so I rebinded it to my shift key and suddenly traffic stops start working without any issues.

Thank you.
