The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello. I have a question. It is possible to bring in LSPDFR 0.3 roadblock ? How so, how key this is , or if this is not what the plugin may add ? Please help :)

That is an option under N Close nerby roads unless something like that , but as I set the marker on the map is purple and I click close nerby road (unless something like that) is nothing blocking :(
