im trying to download RPH v0.34 but i cant open the website it gives me a error all the time im waiting for 5 or 6 hours and no one answering anything

i dont know what is going on somebody help me please or upload the v0.34 so i can download and play i just want this but site won't open :( here is my website error please help or say something i need help

Runtime Error
