Does not have to be both sheriff and police but preferably it would include all the vehicle files and not just .png skin so it is easier to install.

Any look is fine just something DIFFERENT than the default skins.

    I'd recommend Yard1's LSPD/LSSD skin pack if you like to use lore-friendly vehicles.

    it also includes templates so you can make any changes you wish :)
