Not sure if this is an ongoing topic already, but im getting confused on how Open IV works. Does it move a mods folder with gta v mods (including the base LSPDFR files) into the game directory when you launch the game?

Any help would be great

Open IV is a program that lets users modify textures and vehicles in Grand Theft Auto Five.

To my understanding it updates files in the game, so it doesn't create a folder like Plugins for LSPDFR
