Is there a way to change the chances of a car being spawned, vs. a bike, when calling in highway patrol as backup?

Seems I always get a bike, 4 times out of 5.  I'd like to get cars more often.

I hear that the new LSPDFR update will allow us to modify backup controls, so I would just wait for that. I find it a pain seeing bikes all the time. The new update is gonna be out any day now, so it shouldn't be too long of a wait.
