Vehicle Slot Spawn Locations with SNT

Hi everyone, today I spent about 20 minutes making up a cute police vehicle spawn setup at an LSPD police station. I'm doing it at the Vespucci Beach station that has a mini garage, since the game never spawns cars there by default, which is better since it wont interfere with my spawns. I carefully loaded each vehicle into a Save Slot in the Trainer after carefully parking each one neatly. I used 7 slots, I figured I wouldn't do any more until I tested it and knew it worked.

I drive back to the station and attempt to load them all with the "Load all vehicles at original location" in the trainer, and none of them spawn. Instead a single car will spawn right next to my character.

Is there a way to do this? I think I'm doing it wrong. I just simply want to have a bunch of cars at a Police Station that spawn there every time, in the exact location where I choose to place the vehicle. I remember in GTA IV it always worked, and I don't think I'm doing it any differently.
