Hello all,

Just recently began having my game lag and I cannot understand why.... My game was fine, no issues and running smoothly and all of a sudden it began lagging and my frame rate dropped. It began to lag after I installed a couple mods (Callouts V and a vehicle mod), which both have since been removed. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game but no fix... WTF...? Anyone have suggestions?

Specs:

AMD Fx300 Six Core 3.50 GHz

24.0 GB RAM

64-bit

Almost 3Tb of Storage
