I have a problem that within a pursuit or another callout I call for backup, but the air support is the only backup that arrives,

Unblock 'LMS Common.dll' and 'LSPD First Response.dll' located in your Plugins folder.

That files are already unblocked

It also might be connected with your Windows Defender. Make sure it's off AND proceed to Defender and unblock files are in 'Viral' section.

Hast du einen Trainer? Schau mal ob die Funktion " Police ignores you" an ist, wenn ja mach sie aus!

Hoffe konnte helfen : )

Do you have a trainer? If you have one check if the option "police ignores you" is enabled, if so disable it
