The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

i added the mod to the game. I can start the game with rage Plugin and everthing loads. I can also open the console and type stuff in there but when i wanna load the mod this happens (full log):
