I had double copied the game folder and had all the necessary items installed.

Scripthook, LSDPR, Open IV (as learned from youtube.)

Rage plugin hook .exe works by launching the game successfully, but I am unable to see Police Department icon on my map.

Is there anything I am missing out from the installation?

Ensure you have a folder titled "LSPDFR" and "plugins" in your root directory. 

• The plugins folder should contain the following; 
  • LSPD First Response.dll
  • A folder titled "LSPDFR"

Make sure you have the latest RagePluginHook: http://ragepluginhook.net/ 

Please do so now and return to this topic when this is done and do the following;

• Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.
• Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem.
• State what solutions you have tried.
• State which version of the game you're using (Steam or Retail)

I have folder Titled LSPDFR, first response.dll is in the plugin folder.

I am using Steam.

I had just redownload RagePluginHook and copied to the respective location. Upon opening, there are pop up for blocking the files, which I selected unblock it on the window itself.

I do not have other mods except I just downloaded 2 vehicles mods.

System is i7.

Where do I find the RagePluginHook.log?\

In that screenshot the name "Grand Theft Auto V -mod" will never work.. There is no such thing as Grand Theft Auto V -mod.. Remove the name -mod from the end of the Folder name.. If you have an original folder, go name it by adding -original at the end of the Folder name first then come back to your modded folder and remove -mod off the end of the Folder name... Then relaunch RagePluginHook as administrator. 

If you decide you want to go play from the other folder to play online.. Just reverse the naming process.

Whichever folder you intend to play out of it needs to end in Grand Theft Auto V without any added words on the end of the Folder Name.

So it should look like this  C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V

For a moment i thought i have to separate them out and give a unique folder name, but didnt know that it have to work with the direct source. =)
