The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I don't know how to remove these and I am stuck on how and what to do.

Take those commands out of the document that is in your GTA V directory labelled "commandline.txt" (without the quotation marks)

    Alternatively, in your GTA V settings, change the setting that automatically starts the game in Multiplayer mode so it puts you in Singleplaye rmode upon startup.

    When I open up the commandline.txt nothing is in there. I also tried changing in the settings and it did not work.
