So when I hit alt-h, he goes down, the screen blacks out, goes back, then hes on the ground with his hands behind his back, with no checkpoint. BUT this only happens OUTSIDE.

Wow....I must be retarded. Why can't I perform that gun point arrest? I point at him and hit ALT-H, and a msg comes up saying something like, "Please perform a gunpoint arrest on this suspect." -_-
